We hired the service for our children's graduation. It was made up of Photography and video, both things contracted with the Photographer. Many of the photos are out of focus and the print showed that the lens was not clean. The video of a two-hour event has been reduced to 7 minutes, not including the dances or the diploma delivery, shaky videos... it looks more like outtakes than a graduation video. The worst thing is that both the professional treatment and the staff have been horrible, neither accepting criticism nor offering apologies. It is a shame that something that will not be repeated again cannot have what we expected. I'm not one to post reviews but I want to prevent other people from going through something similar. It has not even issued the invoice corresponding to the contracted service.
