ENCHANTED is little. We asked for a family session as a gift and it's just what we wanted. Begoña, a charming, empathetic, professional and super nice woman. We were sent by Ecodadys to take some pregnancy photos. As a photographer, Begoña is very professional and we really liked it. If it is true that we found it crappy and obsolete that he did not send us the photos we took of him in digital format (€12 unit). We would have preferred the digital one to the printed one and for her the cost would have been lower. Being potential customers has not made us loyal.

Todo genial, muy profesional. Fuimos hacer una sesión Navideña, con las peques, y nos encontramos con un trato muy familiar (como si estuviéramos en casa), cuando vas con pocas expectativas debido al comportamiento de los pequeños, ella saca lo mejor y hace que te sientas cómodo y animando para sacar unas buenas fotografías. Se nota una gran profesionalidad en el manejo de la cámara y la facilidad de como se desenvuelve para sacar los mejores planos. En el campo del retoque fotográfico, todo perfecto, cuida mucho los detalles y mejora las imperfecciones de cada foto, dando un toque personal a cada foto. La calidad del revelado impecable y tiene sumo cuidado en el detalle de los regalos, el álbum de fotos una maravilla. Recomendable 100%, sobre todo si buscas una sesión fotográfica diferente. Nosotros todos los años Repetimos y seguiremos repitiendo.

It seems that they have acted in bad faith. Not to mention the treatment... very arrogant, with faces, gestures and words that are far from professional. A tremendous disappointment.
